Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. Multiple engineers tried to resolve but in vain. room service was bad. poor buffet selection in breakfast

Room size was very small..Bathroom was positioned badly with door opening in front commode. Overall service was average. The hotel does not have swimming pool. Overall experience was poor considering the price of around 4k.

hotel is good, food is good but honestly the beds and pillows and mattress are very old. when you woke up in the morning you will find back pain. my sincere request to management pls change the mattresses and pillows. otherwise hotel location and all other things are good.
