Location very good, but staff is dumb and owner very arrogant and greedy. Don't even try to eat there if you want to complete your journy without food poisioning.

Hotel and staff is good,food is avarage but Location is so far. It's name is Kufri but it's 14 KM far from Kufri and and in a village 'KOTI' there is not any place to visit.public transport is also not available there.

i have a wonderful experience with the radiance regency we were plan to stay only a night but they provided good hospitality so we stay here 2 days .it is a great location they have all facilities

We stayed for one night at this hotel based on its location. Cons first. The room was not prepared, although it was booked in advance. There were no dustbins, cups or water glasses or even a kettle. We had to ask for these and they were provided after several requests. The dustbin once provided was dirty, full of stains and was lacked a binliner.
