they well tried to charge 1500 plus gst for 1 extra rollaway bed.. but when we told that rs 1000 is mentioned in my booking terms and conditions... then they told us to charge 1500 only.. later they agree to accept 1000 for extra bed after arguing..this is very bad experience. one more..... they also denied to give just 2 plain idli for my 11 months old daughter..once I stayed in HYATT REGEnCY LKO... I ASKED D SAME ND THEY PACKED 4 IDLIs for d same..

This time I was not satisfied with the room it was too small just look like a box I was kept in the box ,hand towels were not there.

The food is very good and most of the time whatever you ask for is delivered on time. The rooms are very good for couples and there are no problems and they are kept here with great safety. There is safety and I stay here regularly for 2 years and I like it very much.

Rooms are clean but they use so strong air freshners its nauseating and dont go for breakfast its not good i mean the taste and the service bad experience wont recommend !!!

Rooms are good but it does not justifies the amount they are charging for the room. They are charging as per 5 star hotels but their staff and behaviour is of a 2 star hotel. you have to call them for each and every thing like towels, tea refills, etc which is included in the amenities and while asking they behave like they are giving it for free. From reception to room service everything was way below par.
