Located right on the Erangal Beach, nice decent room size, wonderful pool side sea view.
The food is good, amenities are great and staffs are humble.
The trees and greenery will sooth your heart.

property is good but management is interested is earning money only, Wifi, watter everything is chargeable. charging 1500+ for dinner or lunch per person. service is ridiculous

The hotel is not calling a 5 star one as the swimming pool stinks, food is not worth it and very costly. Check in and check out process is really long. Card key does not work. They charge for everything and service is so slow that u have to wait for infinity. Will never stay here again. In fact I should ask for a refund.

this hotel charges you for in room slippers cutlerries they charge you for billards and the most important they tell you you can eat in your room
