I can't say hotel staff behaviour is not good as I was expecting some more as I stayed in mayberry hotel and there experience with staff was so good, rooms are clean but hotel was not clean. everywhere food and other garbage looking in front of lift and rooms. Towel and soap received after demand, kitchen was looking dirty. food was good.
overall room pricing was not justifying with services offered. in room bedbugs roaming around.

#cleaniness to be improved#confusions, miscalculation in bill to be corrected#before alloting a room ensure the condition of the the rooms,guest is not football to goto manyrooms,and finally settled in one room

many cockroaches in the bed & bathroom,water heater not functioning the matter was already reported to room boy & reception.
breakfast is free but restarant told chargeable many inconvenience in your lodge.

Worst hotel in tirupur. Room are untidy, issue with bed bugs and strong chemical pesticides smell in the room. Same case in bathroom and showering area not cleaned and full of waste mess. Also no hot water and even no kettles in room also they dont provide when we asked. Also complimentary breakfast only 4 items, if you need egg additional charges.

Literally horrible Experience, I am never going back to the hotel ever... The bathroom was really messy and and don't get me started with the Bed... I got back ache real bad...

The room was decent. But the pricing was a little high, I guess it's because of the location.
The staff were polite. The food at their restaurant in the first floor was below average in taste. But it was delivered hot and to the room.
