Very bad experience. 15KM outside the city where there is no means of transportation. Hotel manager does not give you any responsible answer, even to get the bill you have to contact the hotel owner.

This is the worst hotel zero rating zero staff behaviour no hand jet in washroom dirty bed dirty bedsheet dirty cushions dirty quilt fowl smell bad behaviour by the staff there mr whi was the manager he literally shouted when i complained about the room and the durtiness the bucket was in a bad condition i did not even stayed still i payed so be careful to book this property worst property . spider web was there on wall there were some dirty marks of water this hotel shud get closed

Though room was clean and hygienic but washroom was so smelly and it was not clean, either its floor or walls and even the door

the biggest problem in the hotel is that there are many rats in the room, they are coming on the bed under the bed, rats are roaming in the false ceiling, we stayed in the hotel in fear for 5 daysroom is good service is very good staff all are very good but rat problem is the biggest problem

stay is good with friendly staff, Good location very near to station 10 minutes from Golden Temple, parking is not a issue.
