1- horribleas soon as i reached at hotel, reception person told me that you had cancelled the reservation so no room is for you. after an hour we requested that we are here for pooja and no hotel is available in gaya due to pitru paksha. but after i given threatening for going in consumer court that they people told give the room to me. so i very harres by these people. on day of pooja. very rude people or you can say opportunities.

No staff support , not clean room , not available tv in room . Location is very tuff . Service is very very poor.only stay in room and wast money and nothing stay in this hotel. Bedsheet and blankets are not wash from 1years .
