The hotel was clean and room was good But the tv was not working , wifi speed fluctuates, and the intercom was not working hence had to climb two floors to the reception to place any order or for any complaint. on second day even hot water was not coming .I would have given two stars but have increase one star because of sunil ji's excellent Behaviour and service. same as written above

We stayed in room with premium AC (Valley View) Room with private Balcony. Room was very neat and clean with all amenities. View from balcony was also very good as you can see in picture. All family member enjoyed alot. and staff is also very good. Food was also very good. Nearby area was also good.

below average rooms at this rate. i wont recommend this. in discription it was mention a balcony view but we got a small vehra istead of balcony. mosquitoes in the rooms made it all the more worse

pathetic experience. how can this hotel be certified. thay have given us -3 floor room. no problem but it was dead-end without any balcony without any view. no lift. food quality was worst ever. this was the last booking made through. as totally negligence of as hotel clearly said we were having only 1 room. and m sure nobody going to stay in that room at such high price

we chose the Cottage which was very lavish and comfortable, the food was really good, the view was really admirable. Just 1 thing- The height of the roof the cottage is not really comfortable for tall people clean, well maintained, staff was really nice and well behaved, parking space, main course dinner was really good
