Condition of the room was very poor.Toilet was not clean at allHotel staff was not cooperating.They were very rudeI changed 3 roomsIn first room TV and Phone was not working 2nd room toilet was was not clean at all..Finally I got the 3rd room and it was also not upto the pictures shown.Only bread butter and fruits were available in breakfast.My request to everyone please don't go this hotel anymore

The experience was somewhat good as the staff was very polite and helpful. Full mark for hospitality. Food was the area where this hotel needs drastic improvement. Good hotel to stay with family but you must take care of your food.

Hotel was clean, having good ambience, location. the breakfast served was good and fresh. the manager & Receptionist we humble &helpful the hotel staff was friendly & took good care of us.

Very bad choice and experience.. overcharging for basic items .. like water mrp was 20 .. charging 30 rs. Also, ordered dinner and had 3 chapatis but charged for 4.. room service was very slow.. had to fight 30-40 min to correct all the things and got checkout. The receptionist guy was not trained and doesn't know any thing about billing. there are many better hotel in shillong than this one.. and economical too.. strict no for anyone looking for good hotel in shillong

Hotel was nice as per rooms structure but with below - we booked executive rooms but was not worthy. 1. Cleaniness was good but one of the quilt was provided dirty in executive rooms, otherwise rooms were cleaned properly. 2. there were no shower gel and body wash provided as they mentioned its out of stock and cannot be refilled . 3. Executive rooms are near the main road so very noisy but on request they changed our room to deluxe for sleeping overnight which o belive was kind gesture . 4. Breakfast was limited options but nice .

Fantastic hotel. Room is neat n clean and specious too. Food quality very good. Hotel location little bit far from police bazar. Hotel staff also very friendly. If I again come to Shillong, will choose this hotel.
