Great place with excellent location for people who want to be away from the hustle bustle of city. You can go for treks as the location facilitated that. Staff is very nice. Food is also good. So overall an ideal place for a holiday. Hotel amenities definitely have a scope for improvement

I am rating the hotel on the following parameters.
Plus Points:
1. A breathtaking view.
2. Property is in the woods as the name clearly claims.
3. Even summers can be cold here.
4. Location from Dehradun main city and Musoorie is also not far. Good Location.
Negative Points:
1. Awkward room service criterion. They charge 30% on your total bill as service charge.
2. Something which is not written but practiced, they say that the rooms are too far. So service will be possible once in a day. ...more
