What an exceptional experience at The Samai. From the luxurious decor to the top-tier service, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The property was incredibly relaxing and beautifully maintained. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. If you're looking to treat yourself with a good staycation,this is the place to be. Five stars all the way. Highly recommended.

Good property, but at this price I expected my driver to be given at least a dormitory accommodation. We had to book a room for him in a separate hotel which made this trip financially a little burdensome. However , the property is good with spacious and comfortable rooms.

i booked this property through goibibo for a stay with my family. the staff was very welcoming and checkin experience was fab, thanks to aftab for it.
i ordered food here which was freshly cooked, tasty, north indian style. the service was also very quick and appropriate. the housekeeping staff was also supportive. the property is located little far from bhimtal lake but has beautiful valley view. the property is also new neat and well maintained. it gives a feel of cottage and room was big. the balcony was a plus for me.
looking fwd to get hosted by them again.

Great stay, good rooms, service was impeccable with friendly and professional staff ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, offering all the modern amenities one could need.

the stay was really good the infrastructure and ambience is really nice and the location is really peaceful. but only problem i faced that was there was no towel in the room and when i was there no one was there to receive me . but overall stay was nice

Disappointing from the beginning. Slow staff, i asked them to bring the luggage from the car but no one responded and at last my husband had to carry it to the reception.

The hotel was not at all clean, there were bugs and huge spiders in my room. Even after raising a complaint my room was not changed
