I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I especially appreciated the prompt room service and the delicious breakfast buffet with a good variety of options. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful at night. The location of the place is good. I was allocated room no. 503 which had multiple issues like broken switch boards, broken cupboards, leaking Shower, Torn Sofa. There was no electricity when I entered the room which was restored within 2 mins of calling the housekeeping. The provided WiFi details were not working though I was able to use other room WiFi being a regular here. I would expect a better and clean room for the price I am paying. Average as the WiFi details provided were not working but I was able to use other room WiFi being a regular traveler here.

the stay was good but no cleaning for apartment they demanded charge for the same. not fair. there duty to clean the room. okay let it be

I booked a luxurious studio appartment.They gave the room on the 30th floor and there is nothing called luxurious. As it is winter, the room was so chilled and when asked to provide a heater, they charged 300 extra for the same. As I told them that your AC is not running in winter so accommodate this amount but they said NO.

service was poor. for everything we had to call the person who was not picking calls , no wifi was available , bedsheets were dirty and the comforter looked unclean The room had a dark vibe and it was uncomfortable to sleep

i have been staying at richa's home for a couple of days in the month of october for the past 3 years. however, this time, i observed that the room was not cleaned well. there was dust on the floor, which could be felt by walking bare footed. the pillows and bedsheet seemed to be dusty. when i first laid on the bed, i started sneezing because of the dust. the balcony was way more dusty than the room. i think they should really focus on the cleaning and hygiene part. earlier, they used to provide ...more
