am seeing this hotel online there is so beautiful pictures and am booked a room when am reached hotel am seen it's too much dirty hotel

rotten papaya served...poor hygiene maintained...unclean footmat...
plus no disposable sliper provided..as the entire corridor carpets was dirty...bad food quality....
will not prefer to stay in this hotel again.

Good hotel located in the Mall. You can pass your time and have multiple options for restaurants. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. Hospitality is good.

Location is fabulous (inside mall) and close to Railway station, food and service is good .

i just don't want to give even 1 star to this hotel , believe me when i say that dharamshalas would be better then this ...... worst experience .... i thought it's in pavillion mall so the standards would be maintained but it was a nightmare... booked a garden view , queen room with included breakfast for around 3500rs .... on the name of garden view renovation was going in outside so couldn't even unvail the curtains and what to talk about the breakfast ... food is food but no one can eat this ...more
