i booked the studio apartment with the hope that i will have quiet home like experience, but the room was dirty, the AC was not working well, TV has no connection, the water was continuously flowing from tap, the room was stinking due to seepage, the floor was too much dirty, there was no soap, towel, shower gel, tooth kit in the washroom, the gas was working but there were no plates in the room. Very worst service from owner. full time AC is leaking with water. I modified dates and tariff was same but Owner and put extra charges on me. This was very bad experience for me. Don't Book Taj Studio's Apartment in Blue Sapphire Plaza. They took 400 rs extra charges from me. This was Not acceptable. Dont take advantage of helplessness😕. They Took.

Cleanliness was not that great Towels were not there even after calling towel was smeeling Water dripping from ac spoiled my shoe The caretaker realised one hour later that he have get a random paper filled by in between my stay i mean seriously how can you keep on knocking at the door and even i said will fill it on checkout no u have to do it now i didnt after that too but couldnt stay longer there and left
