very good experience of stay at Hotel The Topaz at Bilaspur.Front office staff is very helpful,courteous and supportive.room is neat clean and all amenities are working fine.
only issue is of car parking space which is not adequate.Otherwise it was a very nice stay at the hotel.

had a fantastic stay at hotel topaz in bilaspur! the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. a great location and overall amazing experience. highly recommended!

1. tv remote don't work
2. shower in the toilet don't function.
3. intercom is defective
4. though they change my room but again tv is not in working condition.
5. since i arrived 2 hours early they were insisting for early arrival charge of rs 500.00 which i have never heard of anywhere.

Limited hot water, very low water pressure so couldn’t use the shower, no fan regulator so either full speed or off. In my 3 days stay never cleaned the room. Food very expensive one time meal for 2 person costed around.

All the things that were mention while booking are delivered, the room is neat and clean , the staff are very good. overall good experience.
No unnecessary noise, very convenient to get public transport.

Won't Recommend.very poor management and room service. geyser didn't work all throughout our stay of 4 nights.The reception lady is quite arrogant and has zero skills in hospitality. Apart from one person, no one there seemed even a bit helpful, shows the lack of hotel management skills in the staff.

nice hotel good location good restaurant good food in hotel masala the best part is the little sugar and Baskin Robin at the entrance .. and the location is easily accessible.

The hotel is located in a main location in bilaspur , there is little sugar and Baskin Robin's at the entrance of hotel which also provides room service. as well they have a saloon in the hotel itself . I loved brocoli almond soup and aglio olio pasta in Masala restaurant.

It is one of the best hotels i stayed in Bilaspur. Food is bit costly. Over it was nice to stay in this property.
