receptionist was very nice and warm didn't remember the name but was very kind

The Walnut Creek
The hotel is very well maintained and well cleaned. their food is delicious, specially mutton roganjosh. we have wonderful Stay at their place and special thanks to Shakeel Mir and his whole team for wonderful services.

The stay at this hotel was average, nothing too exquisite considering the price at which they offer the room. The deluxe room was small and the services were average.The power cut happened quite a few times and it was all pitch black. We went to have dinner in their restaurant and ordered food the roti came in without butter, on asking to apply butter they took so long by the time the roti's came in the sabzi went cold.This could have been a one time problem but this is what I felt.

it is a beautiful property. tastefully done and has all the amenities. we were happy to have booked this hotel.
but the happiness was short lived. they switched off the heater at around 1am so the room became cold by 3am because of which we woke up. i called the reception but no one answered. then i went to reception myself and there was no one. and they claim that they have 24 hour service.
our whole night got spoiled because of their cost cutting measure of turning off the heater at night when ...more
