hotel bathroom was dirty. no handwash was given, only one soap for two persons. Hotel doesn't deserve to be 3 star

An average hotel. Everything is old. The management should update the rooms and also the cleaning department also needs a major improvement.

The hotel could do well than what it is now. Potential is very high with location and the space in the room etc. Management need to pay more attention to lift the hotel from the gloomy to life!
