it's a 1 bhk apartment.Pros:1.its a new building.so enough power plugs 2.24 hours hot water 3.fans are new and working good. so non-AC room itself sufficient.4.Roadside parking available. Park at own risk.5.Area is calm and no traffic.Cons:1.No covered Car Parking.2.No Mosquito net available for windows and bathroom small window.Full of mosquitoes, so please take liquidator. Mosquitoes has biten on my son's face3.Towel & Toiletries not provided. So please bring your own towel and toiletries.4.No nearby shops.need to go to 3 kms swamimalai.Rooms are new.

House had full of ants and lizards.
No proper food.
Very far from city as outskirts.
Nearby nothing available.
Due to these fully money minded owners.
No complimentary water bottles too.
Next time wont come for this property

Very homely feeling at this homestay . Very accommodative, rooms were big . Linens were good.
We did not eat any food so cannot comment on food. Location is a little away from major attractions , but not very far.

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms were very spacious with 1bhk & 2bhk concept with clean and neat toilet facility. Definitely recommend this property for families and it is worth staying at this property. it is 1km away from Swamimalai murugan temple.

Property is well maintained. Only downside is the service which is in line with the tariff, cannot complain. If you are here to stay overnight, it's value for money as per my stay.

hotel is neat and cleanworth the price for non ac roomhas the kitchen, hall, bedroomonly negative is the staff. the receptionist attitude is rude. They didn't give soap and towel. When asking for soap, he arrogantly responded, for the price we wont give soap. that's it. if they don't have the plan to give soap and towel, inform the guest before. Or when asking for it say it in good manner.

Nice home stay at a village atmosphere. The rooms are large and neat. Cheap cost. Good device. But they don't provide cosmetics. Food is not available here or near.

The stay was pleasant and it’s nearby to Kumbakonam. Easily commutable to nearest temples. Room was clean and well maintained. As everyone concerned about restrooms in the stay it was neat and clean.
