the experience was horrible the staff was nice but the manager is a pathetic man he has no sense of respect for anyone. a person who thinks everyone is to be downgraded , never visiting there again.

very very less facilities. room is okayish type. their telephone does not work. dabba television. in amenities they wrote so many things but nothing was available. although manager is well mannered and staff is cooperative but it is not value for money.

It was a horrible experience in the Hotel Tiger In1. Rooms were not properly clean, having damp and seepage issue. Also filled with insects and bug. 2. Service quality is very poor staffs are very rude. 3. Whole hotel is filled with cigarate smoke smell if report to staff they are not willing to take any action. 4. Food quality is very poor, for charging 200 Rs in breakfast they only provide bread n butter that is also without toasted.

Our hotel stay in Kolkata was terrible. The staff were rude, and we were locked outside while returning from pandals at midnight 12:a.m arround because the night attendant was drunk. We made a call to manager as well he was saying this is not your home you should come on time 10:30 pm post that we lock the door. it's very comfortable stay with staff and hotel I really recommended every couple come this hotel because that it's very nice and amazing hotel and There are also windows on this room due to which the outside view is very nice to see. Fortis hospital nearby Ruby hospital nearby
