The location is great. It is very close to the NJP railway station. But I am not satisfied with the cleanliness and other amenities of the Hotel. The hotel is of average standard and the price I paid for the same appears much higher than its standard.

Location is wonderful. It was our third stay in this hotel. This time the room was nice and spacious though a bit costly. The bathroom was small and there was a bird nest inside the broken cover of the geyser. Service was good and prompt.

firstly the lodge is very expensive , average room with queen size bed , no exhaust fan in the bathroom , for ac and geysar to work we have to call reception thats not goodoverall not a good experience at this rate

I love the location of the hotel.It is located very close to NJP rly station. Service is also very good. Liked the Machine made elaichi tea here

No wifi coverage in Premium category room! The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. Towels are torn. Floors are dirty. TV does not work. Intercom doesn't work. Guest needs to inform the front desk to turn on the geyser. Worst experience, very very bad facilities compared with room category.
