Pathetic experience with this Hotel. Very rude and illitrate Reception manager. No hot water, no shower, no Jet spray, no flash, wash basin leaking, no proper lights, no wifi, no phone in the room, no restaurant. All fake photos and fake amenities When complaint to the manager he says you should check before checkin the room.

Fan is very slow, TV is not working, A/C is not cooling properly and which amenities are written in room amenities are not all present.

Very poor stay no safety no tv only 1-2 cartoon channel working ,geyser not working Very old property no cleanliness avoid staying here Family didnt like stay here bad experience

Booked this hotel just for one night on my way from bhopal to pune. Room which I booked was on third floor. To get on to the third floor u have to walk on the 1st floor then u can take a lift. Room which I booked was big but not cozy at all. Bathroom was also OK not much to say as its a budget hotel. U can see garbage while u take stairs for going up and down. Needs maintenance.

बहुत ही बुरी हालत है इस होटल की यहाँ कभी नहीं रुकना इससे अच्छा होगा की आप कोई धर्मशाला में रुक जाओ यहाँ के कर्मचारीयों की हालत भी बहुत ख़राब है ऐसा लगता है की कोई मज़दूर लाके बिठा दिये हो!! यहाँ का ब्रेकफ़ास्ट खलो तो आप की तबियत निश्चित ख़राब होनी है पूरी की पूरी होटल बदबू मारती है 😡

had terrible experience, room was not clean, hotel was dirty with no proper maintenance, no parking,no room service, TV was under repair, intercom was under repair

We had booked All inclusive meal for the hotel for which we had paid extra charges. But when we reached there firstly we were said there is no such deal and we're rudely asked to cancel the booking later they offered khichdi as compensation for which we said no. Staff needs to be more friendly and managed. The room is big and nice but it's on the outer side of the main city.
