my hotel stay experience was good overall, but there were some discrepancies between what was shown on the goibibo app and the actual room. the room did not match the photos — the bed was not king-sized as advertised, and basic amenities like towels were missing initially. these issues should be addressed to ensure a better and more transparent booking experience.
