room ambience was not so good.... provided a room facing the main road with hell lot of a light coming in the morning....was not able to sleep properly..ac also not working

the hotelier denied my entery,he kept me waiting outside for 2 hrs approx and was asking for more money, but thanks to Goibibo support team they got in touch with the receptionist and helped me check in that hotel without paying extra....
cleanliness, dirty linen, rude behaviour and unsafe for couples and families
