book adult 3 member but room available only for 2 member no extra bed, No Clean Towel, No handwash Soap my money is totally waste

very untidy rooms, electrical switch are coming out of sockets which is dangerous for the guests, cockroaches running in the room I guess what will be the condition of the kitchen. No bathing kit available. when asked for packed water bottel I got an unsealed bisleri water bottle and by taste I can garuntee that it's refilled by the hotel only. television not working, no wifi. staff trying to be friendly but not at all professionalism. when I asked on reception to send my luggage in the room the ...more

I stayed in that 3 or 4 times but this I had worst at first hotel denied my check in because low price and it's take 1 hour solve my problem. first night in my room Ac not working and room was not up to mark. they changed my room next that room was quite nice. every morning I wake there no water in washroom. it's happened two days. it's take 20 min to water flow.

Service is very poor .. I stay 2 days at hotel but cable connection not provided by hotel at all for a single minute .. feeling like staying at jail .. totally service related issues .. I'll not recommend anyone to stay there .. it's such a bad experience which I had ever faced..
