Excellent property located in downtown Ernakulam. Value for money! Special thanks to Anandu who thoughtfully provided us with an umbrella when it was raining and we were waiting to go to the nearby Ernakulathappan Temple.

This is a business hotel but also a very good family hotel also. I was stayed over there for 3 days. Rooms, Service and staffs all were very good. Rooms are specius and clean, staffs are well behaved and polite. Pool was also very clean. Really enjoyed the stay over there.

Extremely disappointing service experience. I stayed for three days, and not once was the room cleaned or the toilet essentials replenished. I ordered food with ice cream, but what I received was completely melted—more like flavored milk than actual ice cream. On the final day, I made a simple request at the reception for a bunch of roses, but it was never arranged, even until I checked out. Sadly, the service didn’t meet even basic expectations.
