room is good but their service is very low. nobody listens to your issues. despite the room availability they kept me waited for 2 hrs for check in. but apart from that, Rooms are specious. location is good.

Hi Treebo Team, it's a worst experience I have ever had. No wifi, no food arrangement, and plz if you mention the check in time as earliest. then your staff should give us the room. bad behavior on the time of check in. Hope next time you will take care of other visitor

it was average stay, menu is there in room but when we called up for food order they said that we are not providing food as kitchen is not working, shower gel is empty, no tcm, tea kettle not cleaned and wet towel was given, very poor.

stay was average, you have written that your room is with buffet breakfast and at the hotel they serve you either 4ps Poori Bhaji or 2ps Paratha and Dahi only and if we ask for repeat that item what they said that it will be on chargeable basis, in room tcm is missing, glasses are dirty linen had stains, washroom.is not cleaned properly so i request treebo team management that go and stay at that hotel then only you ll see the condition of the hotel..

experience is average, not that much good, the room is clean but linen is stained on it and they have menu in room but when i called for ordering food they said that we are not serving food..this is totally not accepted..one important thing my breakfast is included in my room package so they only serve 2ps of paratha, when i asked to for one more pc of paratha they said that it would be chargeable i mean that where is that mentioned ki ony 2pc paratha was served this is totally unacceptable.

again, I've faced the same issue: the room is not cleaned, tcm just thrown away, wires are coming out, dirty linen, the provided breakfast in room as on complimentary basis and if we want to repeat that food they saud that will be on chargeable basis, how can they charge if i already paid for the breakfast, terrible experience.

horrible experience at treebo Trend, edesia Hotel, room was not clean linen was dirty n spots,towel torn,sofa damage, wires coming out,set top box not fixed, wasroom dirty,room was smelling, every stay i feel the same issue but nothing was done.i suggest not to book this hotel again. pictures are attached for your reference.
