Stay : Comfortable and Peaceful Cleanliness: well Maintained everyday Hotel Staff : Polite, Helpful and Welcoming Food : simple and healthy just like home , i had 2 meals per day to ensure being healthy on trip Got Complimentary Breakfast too Nobody bothered us.

Worst booking in my life location was so bad secondly late check in provided towel provided idk why when we are totally wet too , in their complimentary breakfast flies were there floors were wet doors were damage no market nearby you have to walk almost 600 metres to go to market

Local lodge is better than this hotel. I got trapped by so many good reviews, somehow reviews jinxed. Problems(to name a few) hard cheap low quality coir mattress. The room heater is for namesake and doesn't work. Breakfast has only poori bhaji. yes they will also provide you some bread if you are bread butter jam folks. Go for Oyo but not Treebo. I will avoid Treebo at any cost in future.

If you compare at this cost of the category hotels in Shillong. then I suggest go for it. it is located opposite of Elephant falls. At the evening time you just spend time in police Bazar and then return back to This guest house. you really feel cold because of low population around the area. so i am describe about the hotel in some criteria. 1) Room:- You will get all the basic facility which you need to stay in a hotel. like Towel, Wardrobe, TV, Shampoo, Geyser, Blanket, Tea kettle, Chair, int ...more

Services are good. Attentive and helpful staff. Nice, clean and hygienic.Am giving a Star Less because of couple of reasons:1) No one stays when breakfast is served, resulting when the item gets over you have to go and ask the staffs to refill. It's kind of awkward every time to ask. And when you are in a rush you just think of forgetting about it, skip and let's move.2) Main doors had some problems to open, lock and unlock.
