Dear All,I have booked Treebo Premium grand Emarald- Nigdi Pune for 2 night. I have facing below problem as follow:1. Wifi is not properly connect in room. ( attached photo)2. In Fan coming abnormal noise.3. mentioned outside food is allowed but hotel is denied single plate for dinner.4.Big cockroches in room ( attached photo )5. Main point is that Hotel is in Pune - Maharashtra but not single paid Marathi channel on TV ( Attached photo)

Room Issues: 1. AC not working (completely dead) 2. Only 1 towel provided despite booking for 2; requested an extra towel- not privided at all 3. Nighttime discomfort due to sweating 4. Toiletries provided, but only after several requests 5. the dispenser was poor jn quliaty and rusted

its was good stay, the only problem is they should do something about the terrace or 3rd floor noise seems like only ceiling board is places no slab is there.. food and roomservice is good.
