I had the worst experience at this hotel. it doesn't match the facilities as mentioned. the hotel rooms have a foul smell. the bathrooms are dirty. the taps are broken. the bedsheets are stained. the doors don't open and close nicely. the lifts don't work properly. the railings are broken and tied up with cloth strings and ropes. the staff is really unfriendly and they don't respond to any enquires or complains. the breakfast is also not up to the limit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

Team need to take care before listing a hotel. Categorization of hotel is also very poor, i searched for 3 star hotel and resulted in this hotel which does not even have done their branding, you forget the amenities. Everything, i reached at 1 pm in night, was hard to find this hotel , hotel doesn't even have done their branding. Staff consuming alcohol at reception, very poor breakfast arrangements, filthy room and toilets. Railway retiring rooms are better than this hotel.

The pictures which has shown those looks pretty good i though its new hotel. But when i visited its completely old one and the rooms, bathrooms and other things are not really good. And there is lot of Mosquitoes. If i order some thing like food and other things its too much delay and some times they forgot to send us. Staff is really good.
