Very rude and unprofessional staff. Denied complimentary late checkout even when all the rooms were unbooked. The manager kept harassing till we checked out and kept demanding extra money if we need to stay even 15mins beyond checkout time.

This is a good hotel. A little away from the main city, it is close to Mata Mansa Devi temple. Food is good. Room service is good. Also the view of Kasauli hills at night gives an immense feel.

Room is little good...Food is very ....near to sukhna lake just 20 min... elante is near almost 3 to 4 km...with affordable prices...near to command hospital around 1.1 km... Nice for 2 or 3 days... little bit upgradation require in washrooms and for the ventilation....rooftop is available...

Good staff, clean rooms but problem with water. Too much dirty water come from taps. When said to staff they said this is because of air in the pipes and took no action.
