worst hotel encountered there is more than huge difference in photos and actual room.Terrible experience had checked out same day as you can't stay there with smell. I hope goibibo refunds me entire amount

No provision for early check in…( demanding 800/- rs extra for early check in) Staff behaviour is not polite.. Room was ok…. Water smell….i used bislari water for tooth cleaning… I give u 3 out of 5…

The location is good. The overall theme and subsequent decor is nice. The rooms are a bit smaller (maybe due to the interior) but not too congested. The service is also OK.. However.... the property failed to provide one of the most basic elements in any lodging facility - HOT Water for baths ! I tried at different times from 6am to 11pm during my 2 nights stay.. but the hot water was not available . . not even luckwarm kind of ! Location is near Railway station and accessible. Staff is very supportive. The room condition must be improved as there was fungus on wall due to water leakage. Bath fitting conditions was not good. A lot of smell in bath room. Due to limitations of a cook, Pls expect a time of 20 to 30 min to get dinner after your order. The hotel provided very good quality breakfast. Basic things like fridge, TV, AC were in good working conditions. Cleaning is done regularly.

Hotel is close to railway station, so, location is good. Food needs high improvement, especially their. breakfast. Dishes that are served hot also became cold even when we started having it around 8:15 AM, just at the start of the day. Breakfast hall needs renovation, bread toaster machine needs replacement as it was not working. Service is ok. They only provide 1 litre water per room per day as complimentary.
