This hotel deserves 5 star, every thing is perfect and we love stayed there. View is amazing and rooms are so colourfull as seen in pics. room service and staff is superb.

Location is at walking distance to mall road.View from window is good. Rooms are sufficient but small comparatively. Complementary breakfast is not good. They serve at room and have very few options like only sabji poori paratha with milk bread and tea. At this price more is expected.

We had excellent stay at Varuna Hotel Treebo at Shimla. The hotel has beautiful mountain view. Services are good and in house room service food is also very economical, good quality & tasty. The Hotel staff are good, supportive and very helpful. Overall we had superb stay at Treebo Varuna Hotel.

Over all the hotel location was good but the blanket and bedsheet was not clean properly or the bed size was also small and room also small as per image they were showing. Food was good .

Very good rooms equiped with facilities. Near to market and polite staff. Only power back up problem. If electricity is gone, there is not power backup. We booked double decker room, which is awesome if you are travelling with kids.

disappointed with the stay
i am not satisfied with my experience at this hotel. the cleanliness was below expectations, and the breakfast was disappointing with very limited options. the room had no ac or fan, making it uncomfortable. towels provided were torn, and there was no hair dryer available. the hotel lacks a lift, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. the bathroom was extremely small and poorly maintained. overall, not worth the price or the discomfort. would not recommend.
