I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, specifically regarding the room I was assigned. Upon checking in, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. This significantly impacted my comfort during my stay, making it difficult to rest properly.
I had expected a fully functional room, and this issue unfortunately detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience. I hope you will address this matter to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.

the hotel infra from outside is not good all the windows are broken even though they don't have power backup i was stuck in the lift for a few minutes 2 times even though they don't have professional staff and at the name of treehouse neptune it's not worth staying.

location is good. rooms are good. complimentary breakfast was palatable, small spread but tasty. old property needs some renovation... panjim market is nearby.. casinos are at walkable distance.. only drawback is parking. hotel doesnt have private parking. parking at our own risk roadside.. overall budget friendly property.
