Beautiful location, very calm and peaceful.
We stayed in cottages and those very pretty big. Bathroom is also spacious. Rooms are having italian look.
Surroundings are full of trees and open space. My 2 year old son loved the surroundings and he enjoyed it very much. Kids playing equipements are also kept strategically and maintained well.
Swimming pool is well maintained and has all the facilities.

The property is located in the main market and quite close to the Periyar Tiger reserve main gate. The food was very good although they need to improve on the quality and variety of their breakfast. The reception staff was extremely helpful in guiding us regarding the places to visit for sightseeing. Overall a very good experience at a beautiful location

Awesome resort with great ambience. Once you enter inside the property, you will feel like standing inside a forest. Full of lush green with hammocks to relax in the calmness. We booked this property after lot of searching. It was off season, so that me and my friend was only the guests. We enjoyed a lot. Swimming in the large pool was really awesome. We were only there. So we enjoyed it. There is also a gym near the pool. The room and the surroundings were pretty clean and calm. Because, there are many trees, chirping of birds can be heard.

2. ordered food took 1 hour to arrive.
3. Swimming pool is not warm.
4.Bed is not much comfortable.
5.No indoor sandals available.

We stayed for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very near to Kumily town.
Regarding restaurant, no of items are very less. But food is good.
It seems like only limited number of staffs are there. However, staffs are very cooperative.

Hotel Treetop lies in close proximity to Periyar tiger reserve and can be easily located on maps as well.
The resort has good interior decors for all the rooms with wooden panels and 24hrs hot water supply and air conditioning as well.
The restaurant serves both veg and non veg food although we failed to dine in our busy itinerary for one day Thekkady trip.
The hotel staff are well mannered and guide you for your travel plans well.
