The hotel is an old property but its maintained immaculately. The staff is great and super courteous. The only thing lacking is the breakfast buffet spread and the selection of dishes whoch could be a lot better.

The room was very beautiful. I was pleased with the service. Want some additional activities on this property . Food was a bit expensive. Cleanliness was top notch.
I went for a staycation with my family. I even got an extra bed for my kids . They are very understanding.

Old property still competing hard with modern hotels... staff behavior and warm hospitality touch my heart. In my short period stay haven't enjoyed the complete amenities and services, but eagerly waiting for my next visit and expecting the same heartiest service from team Trident.

One of the worst 5 stars I've stayed at. The room is SMALL, OLD and DULL. I chose this hotel for my anniversary trip by looking at the 4.7/5 rating and regretted the decision immediately upon entering the room. The room is very small. That would have been okay too, but the decor, color and vibe of the room is so dull. The bathroom is not worth even 1 star. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.
