We stayed here for 4 days and stay was good, room was bit small but balcony is big and great, there is garden out front which adds to the beauty and this place is located very near to candolim beach, They also offered us Christmas cake after our checkout, Very helpful caretaker and owener.

hotel is near to beach.. walking distance.. neat and clean rooms.. staff is friendly and supportive.
compared to price, rooms are small..
avg fare can be 1500 to 1800 for day during non peak time.

This is not resort but small plot developed with Rooms. Rooms are small but kept clean. Clean toilet and Hot water. Staff is kind of Okay. Location is best. Very near to beach, shops , market. Beach is walking distance of 5 minutes. Find Bonos shack on beach, for beach shower and breakfast. There is no TV in room. Hotel nearby is Azura.

Hotel is walking distance to Candolim beach... accessible from all kinds of restaurants.... the ambiance and tea is to die for.. the staff is really kind and helpful
