the resort is situated well in the middle of beautiful landscape..plus if the weather is great you will love it.But as per the pricing of rooms ..the rooms are not at all maintained .. furniture is too old ..bedsheet has holes,stained as well. food is costly too ..I mean ,in this competitive world hotel industry are giving above average experience in 3500 rs room also...but there one day pricing is around 10k 12k .rooms not worthed..but VIEW from this property is mind-blowing

Very bad experience, poor service, low maintenance of the rooms dampness every where, food layout was poor and no room service. Recreation room was ill equiped no maintenance .Nothing was good

Very bad experience, the service was horrible, the food was not at all good, the upkeep of the property was really bad. I would not recommend anyone to book this place. The staff was uncooperative and nobody was interested in our complaint. After paying so much it was very bad.

Before you read this review, I urge you to first check the poor ratings. Most genuine feedback comes from individual travelers. The high ratings are often from corporate groups whose stays are paid for by companies—and this skews the overall rating. Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst travel experiences we've had. The road leading to the property is in terrible shape.To make it worse, there's no valet facility, so you have to park at one end and take a long walk alongwith luggage to your ...more

pros: property is awesome, the view from the property is awesome. food tastes good, having wide range of items in the buffet menu.
cons: rooms service is not that good, they take too much time to resolve your issues, sometimes you have to do follow up calls. secondly, prices of 'in room' and 'a la carte' menu are horrible.
