verry good and safe the are we fendley also for Ac attached room and tv fan is working this room good cleaning at housekeeping verry good service. it was a very pleasant and nice experience with urban comfort. Hygienic and professional. staff were very polite.

1. standard rooms don't have attached bathrooms, and few other categories have it attached.
2. rooms are small and ceiling fans are also of small size.
3. ac water outlet drains inside the rooms and is collected in a bucket. also the water in the bucket is black and i think not changed from months. so attracting lots of mosquitoes.
4. no proper concrete ceiling. asbestos roofs are there covered with some ceiling tiles.
