I booked a dekux room as it was shown on tbe picture but they provided a regular room which was not at all delux. I paid for the delux one but did not get the service and I asked the attender there that why they gave me a normal room when I've paid for the delux one. He simply said that this is the delux room and this is the primary room we have. Honestly I did not have the good experience with them

Bad experience we got checkin 30 mins late and the room I have booked was alloted to someone else already and we got the another room instead and their washrooms was also horrible

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Urban Galaxy during my visit to Amritsar. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Golden Temple, which made it incredibly convenient for early morning and late-night visits. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with efficient air conditioning.
One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant that offered a stunning view of the Golden Temple, adding a magical touch to the dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt.
The staff (Rinku and Sanjiv) were friendly and always ready to assist.

Urban Galaxy is a great option for staying near the Golden Temple. The location is fantastic, making it very convenient to explore the area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and there’s a small kitchen and sitting area for dining on the floor, which is a nice touch.
The only drawback is the room size, which is quite small—around 100 square feet. Additionally, the breakfast menu is very limited and mostly fixed, which could use a bit more variety.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a short stay, especially if location and cleanliness are your top priorities.
