The stay was comfortable and pleasing in a very convenient location. Stayed there for 2 nights and it was all worth staycation.

it was horrible at peak they even said they dont welcome bookings after we booked the room and went there,imagine the situation you gave your cash and you have no room there,after continuous fighting we got a room were no good ac and fan and no any additional things like paste brush or even a soap

I am a constant traveler and have stayed in many hotels but honestly speaking,this is a worst experiance ,no backet and mug, no proper system, water shower and tap were completely broke, room was not at all clean and neat. I stayed in this room bcz i paid more, please should ask for advanve payment without allowing the customers see the room.*should not

It was a good stay and the hygiene was above average although not excellent yet satisfactory. The door was a little hard to open although when I called them for help they came immediately and when I asked the receptionist for an extra towel they took almost 15-20 mins and we needed it urgently. I called them twice and they kept saying “our staff will bring it to you right away. The receptionist lady was helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and privacy as well.

full of dust and no proper response from management side. Toilet had no buckets. If you are planning to stay with family kindly avoid this place.

Worst service ever received in a hotel room. I have booked a room here for a full day. I was late for check in. They asked me for extra money because i checked in late. 100₹ an hour till the next checkin time. That is, I reached there @ 4 am in the morning( We were late, not early. We were about to checkout the same day @ 12 pm noon.). They asked us for an amount of ₹ till the next checkin time.And about amenities.....there were no hot water for bathing. room wasn't clean, there were no extra towel, no towel at bathroom door step, vaccant mini bar, noisy air conditioner, also no phone to call the reception.

It was a great experience! Check-in process was smooth overall. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Loved it! AC and lighting was good as well.
We loved that the sheets were clean and soft, the bed wasn't too high, the bathroom had a glass we can see through from the bedroom so that led to some fun times :)
