The room was not appropriate as per rating and by posting their photos .They actually show better rooms but on ground they will give you that room that is not in use. My room hygiene and cleanliness is poor and things not a provided in

it was too bad! i want my money back, there was no ac working, i changed my room thrice but no ac was in good condition! horrible night it was! i had an exam the next day and i couldn’t slept for a single minute because of the hot weather and no air conditioner provided!
