There are plenty of reasons for this rating.
We were charged 30% extra of the room price for a 2 hour early check-in although the room was vacant. Maybe it was because we made the booking through a third party application.
Even tea was not served until evening inspite of asking multiple times after check-in.
The hotel arranged a cab for our tour to Puri for which they charged an extra amount of commission which we were unaware of.
