very bad
room telephone not working.
washroom exhaust fans not working.
water geyser not working.
minimum room service time 30 minutes even a tea.

The room they gave us called a double bed room was actually two single beds combined to make a double bed so there were two separate mattresses and those two mattresses were being put together as a double bed but when we slept at night the mattresses were all moving. It was very difficult for us to sleep.
