Caretaker was not very welcoming, wifi was not working most of the time, TV was also not working, our room blinds were also not in working conditions. Skippable property i would say. and it is quite inside in the Kasauli gaon.

Only the rooms quality was top notch apart from that didn't like a single thing about this property. Approaching road is broken. Food quality was not good. We expect alot from tea being Indian but tea was pathetic.

best in class in service accommodation and spacious rooms the hotel team was also helpful.
i will suggest everyone to stay there with an awesome view.

Newly built Maharaja Suite (bigger than a regular 1bhk)
Clean and nice.
Good food but just till 10pm.

It was an excellent experience. Staff was very very supportive and available on a single call. Quite spick and span. High cleanliness. 4 people can very comfortably stay in one unit. Spacious balcony with great view.
Only flaw is it is 5 km down from Kasauli , roads after Garhkhal is slightly bad. But still it is worth stay as accommodation is excellent and when you are out , you will in taxi only so small bad patch of road is not a problem.
