1. The location was difficult to find, it's inside the huge gate and no sign board was kept outside.
2. The housekeeping person was not available and he lacked professionalism.
3. The room had glass doors with openings in the end which allowed the cold wind to enter the room.
4. No hot water to drink was provided when asked they said not available.
5. Parking space was sufficient.
6. The bathroom was okay. Hot water from the geyser was working all night.

There is no name board of this hostel. Difficult to find the hostel.
No drinking water/Mineral water.
No locker facility to keep my luggage in the room.
Wifi facility is available.
Room is good and neat. Daily housekeeping is good.
Water heater is available in bathroom.
No restaurant in this hostel.

It is good for staying at Srinagar this is a budget hotel The hotel staff are cooperative but one little bit of a problem is no sign board came to this hotel. otherwise everything is ok.
