It was said that the resort has a restaurant, but it doesn't.
breakfast arrange another hotel and limited breakfast..

Staff- Polite, helpful and courteous
Cleaniness- Not good. Pillowcover was dirty
Food- Big NOO. Neither they give food on time nor its good in taste
Parking- Its tight on weekends
Miscellanious- View is good from rooms, hot water only between 8am to 11am, no food orders post 9pm

1. Staff- The caretaker of property is good and courteous. There was no staff as such.
2. Cleaniness and hygiene - Property was clean but bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Toilet was clean
3. Food - Extremely bad food and service. Don't choose breakfast. Restaurant doesn't give a dime whether you get the food on time or it tastes good bad.
4. Amenities- Parking can be tight, warm water available only between 8am to 11am. No 24 hrs food service. location is between panchgani and mahabaleshwar city. View is good from window and gate
Not suggested if you are with family.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is okay, but there is lack of cleanliness, rooms were smelly and mouldy walls, dirty pillows and bedsheets were also stained room service was alright.. location is good but the view is not as shown in the hotel pictures. owners should prioritise on cleanliness..
