Horrible as the hotel is under construction and only 1 room is occupied by us.No hook heater and even cook was not there . We were forced to have yellow dal in dinner. Horrible

no food, no electricity, overrated, had to eat outside hotel.. wouldn't have given even ...₹ for this room.didnt like anything

Giving 2 stars, one for the staff and another for the food. The hotel was good overall but the room heaters were of very low quality and we had to call everytime for the hot water, they changed our rooms after complaint which was better but the heater was still ineffective an the gap through windows was making the room very cold.

it is an old property , not upgraded properly. No nearby market or shop pls select hotel near naag temple area

very disappointed with the services and prices ... I had pay .... for 2 days drink was served in broken glass bathroom was sinking and not clean geyser was not working of room no bonfire was provided after two reminder also highly disappointed 😔😔😔😔😞

Rooms are just average with very dim light, dirty linen and stinky washroom with no exhaust fans. Lift not working. Central heating switched off. Parking available but at your own risk. Booked hotel for two days, camp fire was organised on day 1 and on day 2 they denied saying its complimentary so its our choice we give it or not. Very rude receptionist. The only thing good for which i am giving 2 star is food and restaurant, the guy handling service in restaurant was also good. Its just another overpriced hotel, nothing is their like resort.

Overall experience was fine, hotel was good way better then other hotels. I think it's little expensive because of the peak time (Snowfall time) i was visiting this place. other then that everything was nicely managed. Staff was polite and food was fine too. Snowfall was there to enjoy with family.

Proper cleaning was not maintained inside the room, washroom and corridor. Also in case of no electricity DG was stop at night without prior intimation to guest.Without electricity and DG intercom was not working same needs to addressed for emergency. Ventilation fan needs to be install in washroom.
