Nice homestay with clean room and bathroom. We had booked standard room for two days.The room was quite big, with clean bedsheet, towel. The host (lady)is awesome, as we've reached the homestay in an early morning, hours before check in time..but she was kind enough to let us take rest in her living room, provided breakfast with refreshing tea... Also this homestay is in a walkable distance to Liatumukhra market... Great choice for food, cafe and sweets... Vehicle will drop you at the gate of homestay. So, highly recommended

Very good and comfortable stay, definitely recommend whoever is going shillong u will not regret, Location is good, staying here feels like staying at home very spacious.
Amenities are too good.we stayed 3 days here me and my kids enjoyed a lot. owner is also very nice and humble.

Loved the hospitality.
Had a very smooth check-in.
The room was really well maintained and had ample space. I booked the Deluxe family suite and it was worth every penny.
Specially the Host is very helpful and soft spoken.

We enjoyed our stay at vela homestay Hospitality was very good thanks to the host good food provided rooms are very neat and clean and spacious I highly recommend location is very good.
