This is actually an apartment and rooms are used for stay. Outside no good and clean restaurant is available. Only one out side restaurant was closed while I stayed there. Though it is close to IIT Mumbai, reaching there is little difficult. Next day I also had difficulty to get an auto to IIT Mumbai. The hotel does not have any restaurant. On request only they will prepare food for you and you don't have much choice. Also the food is quite costly. The cleanliness is good.

This is flat in which you get a room so you think it of as a guest house. I did not get the checkout receipt from this place. Owner did not provided it ..

Anand caretaker helpful. maintains cleanliness and cooks good food.
