it was very dirty, nothing was provided no soap, no towels, and the bedsheet was stained. ac was not working. i found hair in my washroom. the toilet seat was also broken and they charged me for the service charge without giving me any service 😭.. worst experience ever.

Room is not cleaned at all. All bedings are not cleaned. Gyser not working. Morning tea not avaliable. Bathroom door broken. Very poor overall.

good experience. staff is cooperative. but the rooms are too small to accommodate 3 person. and bathrooms were also small. But it is budget friendly.
